Brothers Custom is a family-owned custom home builder based in the Saskatoon area, founded by brothers-in-law Matthew Kopperud and Eric Magdanz. What started with renovations and house flips has grown into a company focused on high quality custom homes, infill projects, and thoughtful craftsmanship built for Saskatchewan living.We believe building a home should feel exciting, not overwhelming. That’s why we focus on clear communication, honest relationships, and a streamlined process that keeps clients informed and confident from start to finish. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, our goal is to create homes that are functional, timeless, and built to handle the harsh Canadian climate. As a local Saskatoon builder, we take pride in staying hands on throughout every project. We intentionally keep our volume manageable so we can focus on quality, attention to detail, and delivering homes that truly reflect the people living in them. The Magdanz Family
We are the Magdanz family — Eric, Christine, Rilla, and Lydia. After moving back to Saskatoon in 2019 to be closer to family, we quickly put down roots and began building something we’re truly passionate about. What started with renovations and transforming older properties grew into a love for creating homes that are thoughtful, functional, and built to last.
We enjoy helping families bring their ideas to life and creating spaces where memories will be made for years to come. From renovations to custom homes, we believe in quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and building homes designed for the Saskatchewan lifestyle and climate.
The Kopperud Family
We are the Kopperud family — Matthew, Janessa, Malachi, Selah, Ezrah, and Noa. We’re proud to call Saskatoon home and love being part of a community filled with great people and strong values. Family is at the center of everything we do, and that carries over into the way we approach building homes and relationships with our clients.
Outside of construction and real estate, you’ll usually find us enjoying music, spending time outdoors, and keeping up with our busy and energetic kids. We believe a home should feel personal, welcoming, and built around the way families truly live, and that mindset is something we bring into every project we take on.
